Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used beauty and skincare products
  • Worn wigs or hair products
  • Items damaged due to misuse

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated time:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider (processing times may vary)
