Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–8 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Glowupp is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delayed Delivery Guarantee

We're committed to getting your order to you on time. If your order is delayed beyond the 5–8 business day window, we'll issue you a R50 store credit as an apology — no questions asked. Simply contact us via WhatsApp 0678435971 or email at baieslimsa@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out promptly.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High demand periods

Lost or Stolen Packages

Glowupp is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier. Please ensure a secure delivery location.
